These terms cover your use of UTSURUMADE (“the app”). By starting to use the app, you agree to them.
1. What the app does
The app is a camera that does not show a photograph until a set amount of time has passed. This wait is not a fault; it is how the app is meant to work.
The basic features of the app are free. A version without ads is published as a separate app.
2. Your photographs
Photographs you take are stored on your device only. The developer does not obtain, view, or transmit them.
A photograph leaves your device only when you save it to your camera roll or share it.
3. Loss of data
Device failure or loss, deleting the app, or an OS update may destroy your data, including undeveloped photographs.
Save what matters to your camera roll once it is developed. Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, the developer is not liable for lost data.
4. What you must not do
Use the app for any unlawful purpose or against public order and morals.
Take, store, or share photographs that infringe the rights of others.
Decompile or modify the app, or circumvent the waiting mechanism.
Interfere with the provision of the app.
5. Disclaimer
The app is provided as is. No warranty is given as to fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.
Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the developer is not liable for damages arising from use of the app.
6. Changes to these terms
These terms may be changed as needed. A change takes effect when it is published within the app.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance over any dispute concerning the app.
